09/05/2008 16:30 - Some users were reporting intermittent connection problems with Lithium. Our technicians tracked this down to a faulty RAM module, which was replaced. We then discovered an issue with the cooling fans, meaning the CPU and fans were also replaced. The overheating and subsequent crashes appear to have corrupted the registry. We are working to restore this, and all email is now back online. Some users are reporting their actual websites are offline. Is this is you please contact us, and we will treat it as a priority and restore. We sincerely apologise for this ongoing saga.
